Homeowners in Saddlebrooke, AZ rarely rent a dumpster for fun. It usually happens because a basement has reached its limit, a kitchen is coming apart, or a relative's house needs to be emptied before a sale. Fancy Dumpster Rentals built its residential program around those moments. You tell us what is leaving the house, we recommend a container that fits both the debris and your driveway, and our driver sets it down with boards under the rails to protect the surface.
Because a home project changes as it goes, the rental is built to flex. If you find more than you expected behind the drywall, you can ask for an extension or a swap to a larger box. If the job wraps early, call and we will schedule the pickup sooner. The container should serve the project, not the other way around.
Projects our residential customers take on
Most residential rentals fall into a handful of categories. Whole-house decluttering produces bulky but light material: old furniture, boxes, toys, and years of stored items. Remodels generate heavier loads such as cabinets, tile, drywall, flooring, and fixtures. Roof tear-offs are among the heaviest household jobs, since asphalt shingles are dense and add up quickly. Estate cleanouts mix all of the above, often with a deadline attached. Knowing which of these describes your project is the fastest way to choose the right size and avoid a surprise weight charge.
Choosing a size without guessing
For a single-room cleanout or a small bathroom remodel, a 10 yard container is often enough. Garage cleanouts and kitchen remodels usually fit comfortably in a 15 or 20 yard box. Whole-home cleanouts, additions, and large renovations tend to call for a 30 yard container. One cubic yard equals 27 cubic feet, so a 20 yard container holds about 540 cubic feet of debris. When you call, describe the rooms and the type of material and we will talk through the size with you instead of pushing the biggest option.
Placement, neighbors, and local rules
Most residential containers sit on a driveway, where a permit is typically not needed. If the only workable spot is the street, Saddlebrooke, AZ or your homeowners association may require a permit or limit how long a container can stay. We will point out what to check before delivery day. It also helps to leave a clear path for the truck, move vehicles out of the way, and mark sprinkler heads or low wires near the drop zone.
Items that are commonly restricted
- Wet paint, solvents, and other liquid chemicals
- Car batteries and lithium batteries
- Tires, which usually need separate recycling
- Refrigerators and freezers still holding refrigerant
- Propane tanks and pressurized cylinders
- Medical waste and anything containing asbestos
Accepted materials vary by landfill and transfer station, so we confirm the final list for your load when you book.
Common questions
Not always. As long as the placement spot is clear and we have agreed on it beforehand, our driver can set the container without you present. Many customers leave a cone or a note where they want it.
Furniture is generally accepted. Mattresses and box springs sometimes carry an added handling fee or disposal rule depending on the facility, so mention them when you book and we will tell you how they are handled.
Debris needs to stay level with the top of the walls so the load can be tarped and transported safely. If it sits above the rim, the driver may ask for material to be removed before pickup. Planning one size up is usually cheaper than a second haul.
